Fasting: There is nothing in medical science which can solve your problem, as it is considered "normal" to have wet dreams. If you consider spirituality, then meditation and day time fasting will help. Good luck !

Good for you: Have you talked with dad and/or some other wise, experienced adult male about your developing sexuality? If you don't have ejaculations fairly often with a partner or by yourself, you're going to have nocturnal emissions. I'm glad you're not into nasty images, but you can think about that one special person who's in your future, and enjoy yourself like almost all your peers do. Best wishes.

Nocturnal Emission: I appreciate you reaching out for help. Your choice to not be sexual is just fine and your choice. But, your body is a living organism. The prostate gland wants fresh fluids to keep the sperm alive. The way it turns over fluid if one is not emptying it through sex is to express it at night through wet dreams. Nocturnal emissions are normal and a natural part of this human experience.
