Neuropathy: It is probally caused by neuropathy. The nerve that innervates the penis is a branch of the Obtourater nerve, This nerve also branches off to form the Femoral nerve which runs down the leg and branches off to form the Genicular nerve and the Tibialis Anterior and Posterior nerves and the peroneal nerves which surround the knee. This may be neuropathy
