You should see your PCP and a urologist for exam and possible culture. You could have contracted a STD. These symptoms could be normal for some when having sex the first time, that's why you should be examined.

Your urinary symptoms are from bladder irritation post first sex. Drink plenty of water , sit in a warm tub/ bath x2 a day and try otc advil. Your blood may be from the hymen area and if it does not stop pl see your Gyn. Good luck
