Do you know if it's a spider bite? Soothe the area with cold applications for 10 minutes or so. .Wash with mild soap&water. Don't pop the blister. Apply an antibacterial ointment & protect with a sterile nonstick gauze held in place with paper tape. Elevate the area if it's on a limb. Observe for spreading redness which could indicate secondary bacterial infection requiring systemic antibiotics.
