If the person reporting the study wants to be considered through, they report what they see with measurements. Some occasionally omit parts of a report if the findings are normal.

There are usually 2 parts of the echocardiogram report. The first part will be the data collected by the technologist when echocardiography is done and the ventricular thickness should be in this part. The second part will be the cardiologist interpretation and cardiologist will mention if ventricular hypertrophy is present but the thickness will be not described in detail, e.g. cm in thickness.
