Your post does not indicate your location. Bronchodilator tables were in common use in the US 4 decades ago but are rarely used today. To achieve a med level high enough to help produces significant side effects and takes too long. Inhaled bronchodilators are used as the effect can be in place in minutes. You need a better management plan/meds.
