I had a screening for pad and my left anke- brachial index was 0.86 and my right was 0.89. i dont smoke, my bmi is 21.5 and i am 32. my total cholesterol is within normal limits. how can i have pad? also wore compression leggings during the test?

I do not think you should be wearing compression leggings when the test for ABI is done; you may want to have it repeated without the compression leggings because the result is not reflective of your arterial perfusion. I wonder why the test was done and why you were wearing the compression leggings. You may want to discuss the result with your clinician who has more information about your situati
