ABI above 0.9 or above is borderline normal. You are asymptomatic and you do not have any risk factors for PAD so this screening test is not for you. A screening test like ABI should only be done when the probability of PAD is high; otherwise the result does not mean much. That's why we do not perform this test for all adults. Take care.
