Not likely: It sounds like you don't need that much B12 given the level. Unlikely that B12 is causing your dizziness. We carry quite a bit of B12 in our body so deficiency is not very common unless one is a big alcohol drinker.

Agree with Dr. H: You do not need to take B12. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
