Itchy patch: Dryness certainly can cause itchiness. If moisturizing lotion doesn't afford any relief, try a mild cortisone type cream sparingly. Perhaps a soft gauze will protect the nipple skin from being affected by your bra. Discuss this symptom with your physician if symptoms persist.
