I get hot red spots (non-itchy or raised, so no heat rash) whenever i'm hot (sweater, sun, shower, stress). they come and go after 30 m. what is this?

One mechanism yourbody has for eliminating excess heat is by dilating small blood vessels in the skin, allowing heat to escape. Other people get hives when the get hot. Either way, not dangerous.
