You may want to see your gynecologist and get some labs done to see if you are peri-menopausal as the reason for your irregular menses. In the peri-menopausal period, menses do become very irregular. It is possible your gynecologist can recommend a treatment if you are peri-menopausal. So, see your gynecologist for further evaluation and possible treatment. Good luck!
