Trust the test: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctor's office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period. If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

Unlikely: Of course, internet is full of anecdotal pregnancy stories in those who claim to have had negative pregnancy tests for months, but how much of that is true is questionable and by my experience - none. Unless, the pregnancy test you used is faulty, i'd say the chance you're pregnant is zero with a negative pregnancy test.

Repeat test : No test is 100 percent accurate, if you are uncertain then you should repeat the test (with another brand if you wish).
