This could be a form of migraine and perhaps you should see a neurologist or a headache doctor to see if this is the case so that you can be treated. Temporal arthritis really does not occur in people of your age group but a sed rate could be done as a reassuring measure. If the sed rate is normal, it would not be temporal arthritis.
