What is most likely to cause all-day right-sided abdominal pain & pressure to the right of navel for weeks; muscle, adhesion (2020 inguinal hernia surgery), abdominal hernia, or colon inflammation/ibs? ct, ultrasound, blood tests all inconclusive?

there are any reasons for abdominal pain. You need a good clinical exam to determine whether it is abdominal wall related or intraabdominal. So pl see a good doc who will examine you. Good luck
