You can have 100% confidence. Negative results with the modern antibody tests ("third generation") are completely reliable more than 8 weeks after the last possible exposure, and rapid home tests are just as reliable as lab based tests. Some experts still advise 90 days, but you're well beyond even that. You can stop worrying and don't need any further tests.
