I have a pimple on the triangle of death and i think it got open, i accidentally scratched it and i think the scab came off but nothings coming out. is it better to pop it out fully or leave it?

Never pop pimples and especially in the danger area of the face where sinus cavernous thrombosis in the brain can occur from spreading of infection. I recommend applying a tiny amount of isopropyl alcohol to the skin surrounding the pimple to kill any staph bacteria. If spreading redness around the pimple occurs get examined by a physician ASAP.
