I asked something similar, have a pimple on triangle of death. i accidentally scratched it, but dont feel it spreading but it looks like a normal pimple, red with whiteheadwill it spread if i dont pop it because it opened? should i leave it alone?

You're overreacting. "Triangle of death" is a pretty much meaningless and outdated phrase, rarely used these days. It's a good idea to not squeeze pimples on the face, but probably there is less than one chance in millions of a dangerous outcome if you do. (Most people ignore this advice at least some of the time and almost none ever get a serious problem. Don't lose sleep over this!)
