You likely have pharyngitis with eustachian tube obstruction causing pressure in the ear, plus an upper respiratory infection. You should get a rapid strep test and a covid test as well. You can try salt water gargles for pain relief from the throat as well as lozenges and cough drops and you can try sudafed or an antihistamine to de clog your ears. Test for strep as you may need antibiotics/
