I don't know what the practices are in Iraq, but in the US the dental practices and clinics follow various hygienic protocols that are designed to reduce risk. You might research the protocols in your country since we have no access to that information. There is not a self driven set of activities that would make sense.

Since your rightly concerned go to a hospital dental clinic. A hospital clinic has better infection control protocols than some or most clinics. If you go to a clinic make sure and ask to see all instruments used on you and if they come out of a sterilized pouch.
