Your WBC count has never been abnormal; the range for normal results is about 4.5 to 10. Changes in WBC within the normal range usually mean nothing except in special circumstances (like in someone on cancer chemotherapy). New HIV infection does not change the WBC count. Your negative HIV test proves you do not have it and your changing WBC count means nothing.
