Assuming you are sexually active, the two main causes of penile ulcers (open sores) are herpes and syphilis. Without preceding blisters and painless, syphilis is the best bet, and is especially likely if you have sex with other men. Get to a doctor or clinic ASAP, preferably one with lots of STD experience. If you had no sexual exposure then they are just local infection and will heal after your doc/ urologist sees them and gives you medicine. If sexual exposure see them asap. good luck
