Probably the two of you are sharing a yeast infection (thrush), which is easily treated. Look in the pharmacy for any of several products with active ingredient ending in "azole" (clotrimazole, miconazole, etc). If you choose a cream product, your male partner can share small amounts of it on his penis. See a doctor for diagnosis and further treatment if this doesn't take care of it.
