I have been struggling with cleaning after bowel movements as i have 3 internal hemerroids and fissure which is healing well. i wash with water but there is no sign of fecal stain except discharge and bad smell. what could cause this problem?

Anal fissure can trap fecal residue and give this smell. Cleaning the area several times a day with soap and water will help[. When the fissure heals it should go away
