Those are called milia, same as milia in baby. There’s no one way to keep from getting milia. You might make them less likely by protecting your skin from the sun and avoiding heavy creams. Milia usually go away on their own. You shouldn’t try to pop or remove them, either. Use exfoliating treatments like salicylic acid to help get rid of dead cells. Take care.
