Any pics?: It is really difficult to comment without seeing any pics as to what these skin lesions are. They could be a fungal infection, hives, itchy bites, staph infection, shingles and the list goes on. Either upload a picture and repost your question or please see a doctor for a proper diagnosis

Red/bumps/ expandin: May be folliculitis- wash 2-3 x /day and use topical antibiotic like mupirocin) and /or systemic antibiotics or eczema ( steroids) or rarely fungal ( usually not white dot use antifungal lile ketaconazole or combo steroid / antifungal like Lotrisone) . Would f/u/ w/ doc
