Corns: This is a "soft" corn over a boney bump on the side of the toe joint, It can be help if you maintain a soft spacer there. Make sure your shoes are wide enough and that you have an arch fit and not simply measured by the length of you foot. This is a common problem and mildly uncomfortable. Surgery can pare down the boney bump.
