There has been a sudden appearance of red stuff in my arm pits. they're lika alot of small red dots and get a little itchy and irritated when touched.

You may have a : contact or irritant dermatitis( from deodorant?) which may respond to a steroid cream and withholding the irritant.Of course,there are many other possibilities.If persists,c ur doc or a Dermatologist.
