With repeated vaginal bleeding and negative urine pregnancy tests then pregnancy is most likely ruled out. Frequent urination is not a symptom of early pregnancy and this symptom is quite common. If UTI is ruled out then you should control frequency with cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). You can google CBT for overactive bladder (OAB). Good luck.
