Hello please help me sort out my questions in my head, i had anal sex with a partner, after that we passed the 4th generation ifa test for hiv together six weeks later and both were negative, is it possible to exclude the risk of infection? how accur?

The negative test proves you do not have HIV. Since both of you tested negative, any and all sexual practices with that person are free of risk for HIV, until and unless one of you has sex with someone else. However, you could be at risk for other STDs.
