Everybody with HIV symptoms more than a few days has measurable HIV antibody, so your negative test at 40 days proved your symptoms are not due to HIV. You don't need any more testing. There are plenty of other viral infections and various medical conditions that could be responsible; and your facial rash and flu-like symptoms might have different causes. See a doctor if symptoms continue.
