By itself, negative RNA test at 2 weeks was nearly 100% proof you do not have HIV. That plus your negative AgAb (4th generation) tests prove for sure you do not have it. Negative HIV tests always overrule symptoms, no matter how typical for HIV they seem to be. And there are plenty of other potential causes of the problems you have had, mostly more common than HIV. Keep working with your doctors.
