Suspect these: I suspect that these may be either comedones (blackheads) or sebaceous cysts. However, it is possible that they could be abnormal moles or even a type of skin cancer called melanoma. It is impossible to tell for sure without seeing it in person or at least seeing a picture. Have your doctor give it a quick look.
