I've been having a very painful issue.each time i yawn/sneeze/laugh, something pops out of my throat (left side). it then gets stuck, can't attempt to swallow, move or breathe. have to pop it back by pulling at the left side of my throat. what is it?

You need to be seen by an ear, nose and throat doctor to determine the diagnosis and to have this addressed. It sounds like something is dislocating and then you are able to successfully put it back into position. There may be a treatment that can be done so this doesn’t happen anymore. So, see the ear, nose and throat doctor. Good luck!
