Eustachian tube : This sounds more like something called Eustachian tube dysfunction. This tube goes from the back of the throat to behind the ear drum.At times it is not functioning well to let air and fluid in and out which can cause the sensation you are describing. This is generally not serious but annoying. Please see your doctor to have your ears and throat examined to rule out other issues and discuss further.
