Muscular spasm: It sounds like cervical (neck) spasm or subluxation (minor disruption of a vertebrae). I would advise you to see your physician an M.D. Or a D.O. The osteopathic physician might be the better choice in this instance.

I've been having a very painful issue.Each time I yawn/sneeze/laugh, something pops out of my throat (left side). It then gets stuck, can't attempt to swallow, move or breathe. Have to pop it back by pulling at the left side of my throat. What is it?
