You should see a rheumatologist to be certain you do not have a form of arthritis or a rheumatologic disorder. You may need other tests done besides an examination of your hands-like blood work, x-rays, etc. A rheumatologist will be able to thoroughly examine your hands and figure out what the possible diagnoses are.
