My fingers keep swelling or getting puffy. happens through the night when sleeping too. when i completing straighten my fingers while puffy, knuckles are white. what can be causing this? what can i try to eliminate? no other issues or pain?

You should see a rheumatologist to be certain you do not have a form of arthritis or a rheumatologic disorder. You may need other tests done besides an examination of your hands-like blood work, x-rays, etc. A rheumatologist will be able to thoroughly examine your hands and figure out what the possible diagnoses are.
