A week afer the pigrail suprapubic catheter was put in, the is a ridge under the skin a bit above where the tube goes in. any ideas anyone?

You should get in touch with the doctor who put the catheter in and describe to him/her what you are seeing. By your description, it is very difficult to make a diagnosis. The doctor may need to see you to examine the area to determine what you are seeing. Best of luck to you!
