How is your stress?: If stress is a factor this could be the cause of all of this especially if you are hyperventilating. The headache, the pain in the base of the neck and the pressure sounds like a stress reaction. Examine your health history and take stock of yourself. Too much caffeine? See your doc and get better answers.
