Im afraid to take baclofen, even though it helps me (taken once) how do i get over this fear?

If you had a sprained ankle, you would likely seek out crutches to help you keep up. You need to understand that most of us are not trained with all the skillsets needed to overcome all of life's burdens. Find a life coach to learn those skills, whether they are called a social worker, psychologist, therapist, whatever. Get passed the fear people will call you nuts & do this for you.

Fully endorse Dr. Ferguson's excellent advice. Baclofen cures nothing, but it does calm and help symptoms, especially spasticity, which may well enhance quality of life. Would not only pursue counseling but also might find Biofeedback Therapy to be very successful as a tool to control your fears.
