I had thought i had some abdominal muscle strain, but now my belly button hurts. inside and when i touch it. i thought maybe it needed cleaned so i tried that. not feeling any better. any ideas?

Observe for now but go to ER if one or more of these symptom occur: fever, nausea/vomit, diffused abdominal pain or pain moving to the right lower quadrant (the area between the navel and the right pelvis). Do not try to clean and manipulate the navel in the mean time. Take care.
