Control of seizures usually relies on achieving and maintaining a steady level of medicine in the blood and tissues. For some meds the time taken is more an issue than others. For most, an hour or two early or late would seldom create a problem. Skip a day and seizures may emerge.

If you are taking a medication that is advised once or twice daily, you likely will maintain fairly stable blood levels even if dosing is delayed 1-2 hours. Best to be as consistent as possible, and aim to coordinate with specific daily events. Safest to try never to miss.
