I am 39 i have no kids . i had an ectopic pregnancy leading to the loss of my right tube. i conceived the baby very easily. i have never had any issues other than candida infections. should i try again ?ivf ? i have a family history of breast cancer?

It is worrisome that you had an ectopic in one tube, the other tube may have similar problems due a prior infection or mechanical anomaly in structure. IVF could bypass this risk. At 39 your risk of chromosomal defect in an offspring is relatively low. One good source for you would be to meet with a clinical geneticist to explore both family trees to see what risk of any surprise would be
