The only way is to have regular check ups and blood testing after age 45yrs and keep a healthy life style. It cannot be prevented- only diagnosed early. Ejaculation does not affect it either way.

Prostate cancer is age-related, more than any other risk factor. But, most men die with prostate cancer and not of prostate cancer. The risk is not reduced by more ejaculations. There are blood tests to monitor for prostate cancer that are done usually beginning at the age of 50 for average risk individuals. Your primary care doctor would order this testing. Good luck!
