None yet: There is no absoltutely confirmed prevention for prostate cancer. However countries where people maintain a low fat diet like japan have a lower incidence pf prostate cancer. So a heart healthy diet appers to be protate healthy. In addition, recent studies show that Avodart (dutasteride) and Proscar may prevent prostate cancer. However, these medications are only approved for treatment of BPH at this time.

Probably some things: Strong evidence that high dietary fat intake is associated with higher rate of developing prostate cancer & low fat intake with lower incidence. Avoiding exposure to pesticides, thus organic fruit & vegetables may help to prevent prostate cancer. Some evidence that vitamin e &/or vitamin d may be beneficial as is green tea & diets high in tomatos or soy.
