Unfortunately...: There does not appear to be a silver bullet to prevent prostate cancer. Recent studies have ruled out vitamin e, selenium, & 5-ars as convincing chemoprevention agents. We do know that a diet high in animal fat, low in vegetables and soy increases your risk, as does obesity, diabetes, & smoking. It is suggested physical activity lowers your risk, as does drinking coffee. Seek a healthy lifestyle.

Prevent prostate ca: Reduce prostate cancer risk by: choose a healthy diet choose a low-fat diet eat more fat from plants than from animals. Increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat each day. Eat fish. Reduce red meat reduce the amount of dairy products you eat each day drink green tea try adding soy to your diet. Drink alcohol in moderation, if at all maintain a healthy weight exercise daily.
