No, not really...: The studies on how to prevent prostate cancer have not proved to be definitive, and even conflicting. The key nutritional ingredients on studies are selenium, zinc, lycopene, etc. So, while still in the quagmire of uncertainty, if wishing, use them in moderation as long as you can afford, but realize there is no definite proof of their effectiveness, In reality, still gear up decency in DRE/PSA.
