Yes reduce risk: 1 in 6 men will get prostate ca can not be prevented totally but the risk can be reduced by healthy life style, regular exercises wt reduction , low fat diet fresh fruit& vegetables , fish avoid red meat, dairy products , alcohol& tobacco. Diet supplements like selenium, lycophenes found in tomatoes, pink grapefruits etc will help.

Low prostate ca risk: Reduce prostate cancer risk by: choose a healthy diet choose a low-fat diet eat more fat from plants than from animals. Increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat each day. Eat fish. Reduce red meat reduce the amount of dairy products you eat each day drink green tea try adding soy to your diet. Drink alcohol in moderation, if at all maintain a healthy weight exercise daily.

No, not really...: The studies on how to prevent prostate cancer have not proved to be definitive, and even conflicting. The key nutritional ingredients on studies are selenium, zinc, lycopene, etc. So, while still in the quagmire of uncertainty, if wishing, use them in moderation as long as you can afford, but realize there is no definite proof of their effectiveness, In reality, still gear up decency in DRE/PSA.
