Expect a transient spike in blood sugar as the beverage contains sugar syrup. Alcohol content may lower or raise blood sugar. Prednisone raises blood sugar. Eliquis & lexapro shouldn't be affected by one shot. One shot only? Since you're not a brittle diabetic, it shouldn't be a problem.
