My last pressure test showed my eye to be at 18, i have been on the latanoprost on and off but now after six months it jumped to 25. no optic damage and i passed the vision field test. any means for concern? should i have use the medicine everyday?

Probably Yes, but One needs to stay with the Eye Specialist (Ophthalmologist) with emphasis on Glaucoma which can be problematic if not appropriately handled. The sooner the better.
