Eye exam yesterday. all good. dr gave me nasal spray tryvana for dry eye. after i used it this morning my vision was jumping around for about a minute and felt off balance. used last night with no problem. could it have been vertigo. fine now. help?

If your head was bent backwards markedly as you applied the eye drops, you could have provoked transient vertigo.
